7/8/2022 - Rogers Network Outage

This Service Bulletin is provided to inform you about a Rogers network outage impacting devices in Canada.

Our internal monitoring systems have recently alerted us to this issue and Rogers has acknowledged this issue on their side. Their teams are fully engaged to resolve the issue as soon as possible and restore service.

9/29/2021 - AT&T Network Issue

Today, 9/29/21 at 9:30am MDT, our monitoring systems notified us of an intermittent issue with one of our carriers, AT&T, affecting devices nationwide. We are working with AT&T to pinpoint the issue. We will provide updates as information becomes available.

11/10/2020 - Network Maintenance Alert

On November 13, 2020 Verizon Wireless will be upgrading their Private Network infrastructure to provide greater service and functionality. This maintenance is scheduled to take place between the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m EST in order to limit any impact.

This private network upgrade will impact your OptConnect Verizon wireless devices for a very brief period. There is no preparation work required by you. We anticipate the brief interruption of service to last between 5-15 minutes. Your OptConnect devices will automatically re-connect to the Verizon network after the brief service interruption.
