OptConnect Recognized as One of Utah’s Best Companies to Work For

Recently we were honored as one of Utah’s Best Companies to Work for by Utah Business Magazine. OptConnect was one of the exclusive ten companies to be honored in the small company category.

Utah Business Magazine's "Best Companies to Work For" honors are based on a combination of anonymous employee surveys and expert analysis of workplace culture, including management, structure, benefits, compensation, engagement, and more.

Out of the thousands of companies in Utah, only fifty-six were selected for this prestigious award. This award means a great deal to us because it is largely based on the direct, unfiltered feedback from our employees and what their actual experience is like working for OptConnect.

This recognition as a Best Company to Work For comes after our recent Inc. 5000 win. The Inc. 5000 is a prestigious list of America’s fastest-growing companies. Being able to have such incredible growth while also maintaining a tight-knit culture that truly loves coming to work every day means everything to us.
