As someone who works in the Customer Care department, I see our team working hard every day to help with any issues. - Assistance in programming a piece of hardware for wireless use.
- Troubleshooting LAN connections with OptConnect hardware.
- Aiding to determine the strongest carrier available at a specific location or address.
- Assistance in performing site surveys and indicating proper antenna type/locations.
- Provide information pertaining to signal strength and signal quality.
- Troubleshoot WAN connections, escalate carrier outages quickly and efficiently.
