Service Bulletin Update – 5.15.17
OptConnect monitoring systems identified an issue on some public facing Verizon devices. The service degradation is not impacting all devices. OptConnect and Verizon Management teams are working this Priority 1 event to stabilize and restore full service.
As of 1:00 pm mountain time the issue has been resolved. Verizon has advised us that everything should be back to normal with all devices connecting up.
