OptConnect was informed Wednesday at 6:30 pm EDT that a critical software update to our wireless gateways was needed to continue to seamlessly support transactions processed through WorldPay. The update is related to a security certificate change scheduled by WorldPay to take effect Friday afternoon.
We have made the necessary updates to virtually all of our wireless gateways, and we are currently experiencing very few customer issues.
