Engineers will be performing additional maintenance to help remedy the issue that started on 8/22. This maintenance is expected to start on 8/25 at 10:00 pm MDT and last for a few hours. This maintenance is expected to address the Verizon redundant network routes that are continuing to experience intermittent failover events that may cause OptConnect units to briefly lose connection.
